Right of revocation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (andmetics GmbH, Hannes Freudenthaler, Peintnerstrasse 5, 4060 Leonding, Austria office@andmetics.com, telephone: +43 / 677 / 62 09 37 84) by means of a clear statement (a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached revocation form template, however, it is not mandatory.

In order to keep within the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period. 

Consequence of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must immediately refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs as a result of you having selected another type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) and within fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your revocation of this contract has been received by us.

For the refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been agreed with you; you will not be charged for this refund under any circumstances.

We can refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, depending on which earlier date is. You must immediately send back or hand over the goods immediately and always within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you have informed us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the fourteen-day period.  

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal, the purchase price will only be repaid in full or in part in exchange for the return of the goods received by the ordering party. The goods should not have been used so as to permit resale and they must be returned in the original packaging.

In the event of articles affected by signs of use or if their packaging is damaged, we shall charge an appropriate fee for the decrease in value or withhold a corresponding amount. The same applies if accessories or parts are missing upon return of the goods. The costs of the return shipment shall be carried by the customer. (Section 5g (2) KSchG (Consumer Protection Act)). If the goods are returned freight collect, we are entitled to withhold a corresponding amount.
